E_MAIL has moved over from Google and I was told by customer service that when that happened I would be able to create an acct. for a family member.Well guess what,I can't even find my name let alone a drop-down menu on the Wildblue.net MANAGE ACCT. page

Hi Bradford. Do you see you name on the right hand side of you email account. It is in the light blue section. 1) Click on the arrow next to your name and it will take you to a list which has Household Management. 2) Click on Household Management. It will take you to 3) Manage Users. You can add a 4) New User there. Let me know if this helped.
Exede Diana, I can do as you suggest. But what I can no longer do is change passwords for all those accounts from one central location. The account management is NOT the same, and it does not allow me to change passwords for secondary accounts. How am I supposed to do that as the adminstrator?
