can not get into facebook or apps

I have not been able to connect to facebook accounts and am very disappointed with this Liberty. I never had such problems until I upgraded. Amount of usage daily is rediculous. Using same as before, but using more? Not a satisfied customer what so ever. Looking into another service provider.

I was able to pull up facebook.com just now without problem as shown by the screenshot below, and that is with the Liberty Pass 12 service and an internet connection that I have speed throttled on my end at 150 kbps (0.15 Mbps).  I also had no problem uploading the screenshot using my speed throttled connection.  I suspect that the problem is something with the programs on your computer.

Have you done a speed test? Even throttled you should be able to use Facebook.

I'll second that: I can use facebook just fine even at 0.15 Mbps.

Your inability to connect could be a latency problem. Do like Vince says, run a speed test. I use this one (www.speedtest.net/). There may be better.

More likely than not, it's a problem with local configuration. If you're running Windows version any try closing all of your browser windows. If that doesn't help, try rebooting.

Hi Judy,  Please send us your account information and we will review it. It may be latency as mentioned.
You many need to do some maintenance in your browsers as well. Have you cleared cache, cookies, and history? What browser are you using?
