Can not find my email!

How do I get to my email? the check email tab takes me to a blue screen with the wildblue logo and that is all it will do. I click on that and nothing happens. where is my email??

Hello Paul. This is actually a current issue we're seeing on some accounts. A workaround that we've seen that fixes the issue is a complete reboot of the modem, router and computer. After that our customers that had this issue had no problem logging back on. However if you are still experiencing problems you can call our support line for the email migration at 855-463-9333

Follow Brad's directions pull the power on the Exede modem your router and shutdown your computer then start back at the modem and power everything back up.
