I can no longer access the eSVT site, get the following message:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /eSVT/index.php on this server.

Apache/2.2.15 (Red Hat) Server at myesvt.exede.net Port 443

I did search this forum on this subject and see that this has happened to others and I did reboot my modem as suggested. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, same for me.  Been like this for a day or so.  They should
get it fixed soon.

Hello Bill,  are you able to access eSVT today?  Please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com  with your account number and I will look into it.

No ma'am, I no longer get the "forbidden" message; however, when I click on the eSVT link it just directs me to the Exede sign-in page - over and over again. I'll give it another day and if it still doesn't work. I'll shoot you an e-mail. Thanks.....

Did you get a new modem Bill? If you did, then the favorite link that you have saved is no longer valid as the MAC address is different. Just changed the MAC address and save the new link and you should be good. If you didn't get a new modem, then I am not sure what is going on. I can access mine.

Thanks for the reply Scott. No new modem and I'm back to getting the "Forbidden" message today. Strange - I'll send Exede an e-mail, maybe they can figure it out.

Bill,  i think i'm in the same boat    today i'm getting the forbidden message also
i emailed 'support'  and they suggested resetting password,  but i can access the exede dashboard just fine       He also mentioned that this 'trial' myesvt is temporary, and will go away  [soon??]  to be rplaced with something 'better'

Keep in mind that the customer access for eSVT is a trial program. We used all the feedback and usage to develop a new data meter that we'll be releasing soon. eSVT may drop every so often as far as access goes but from the other comments on here it appears to be working for some. Try clearing cache and cookies to see if you can regain access.

It is apparently a problem on your end because too many people are having the same problem at the same time.  I am getting the same "forbidden" message right now.  It isn't unusual for this to happen after midnight.  Usually it rights itself by morning but once it was out for a couple days.

Perhaps they have already pulled the plug on the MyESVT tool for subscribers. It was on life support... see:
