Can I tell how much data is used by each computer on my home network?

I need to know which computer is using all our data.

Unfortunately, Exede (actually ViaSat) doesn't really provide a breakdown of usage by device. Theoretically, they could probably do that with some customized firmware on their own Exede WIFI modem/router since it's the router functionality that would be able to do this but I've not heard of any plans to do so.

However, there is a recent thread here that outlines what would be needed to do so on your own. It sounds more complex than it really is, see:

Unfortunately we don't have a way to do that. Sorta intrudes on a few privacy concerns. Our meter does show roughly the time of day when data spikes and that might help you rule out which one (or whom) is using the data

I believe windows 7 on up had built in traffic meters per pc, most newer computers,routers,laptops have built in meters that keep up with useage also.
