Can I schedule hibernation early?

I need to know if I can call today and schedule my hibernation to start Monday?Like I need it starting the 2nd but my bill comes out the first and I don't want to pay a full month when I'm only needing one day

No, plan changes are implemented immediately, and cannot be scheduled.

Viasat doesn’t prorate for terminating service. One day into the billing cycle will cost you a month of service.

It'll adjust on your next bill automatically. You get charged a month ahead but if changes are made it's reflected on the next bill

So does that imply a credit (pro-rated) if starting hibernation mid-month?
