Can I get ViaSat or is my area exhausted?

When I go to Exede.com and try to order ViaSat internet online, I get the message that ViaSat “may” be available in my area, and I cannot order online. It gives a few dealers, and says to contact them. I tried one today, but no answer. It shows the 12 Bronze, Silver, and Gold, 25 Silver, and 30 Gold are “available” but it wont let me order. Should I probably wait a while until ViaSat 2 beams go live in my area? Thought someone here might know.

It probably has to do with determining whether you will be on Viasat 1 or Viasat 2.  I would try contacting the main number for Viasat tomorrow morning.

Try entering your zip code at https://promo.viasat.com/exede-liberty?i=exede_branded&gclid=Cj0KCQiA2Y_UBRCGARIsALglqQ0st7229zJ...

That will show you new subscriber plans, even if you are an existing customer. If there are plans there, call the number posted above and ask about the one you want. If no plans are there, then your beam is not taking new subscribers currently but should be very soon (as in the next few days.

Those unlimited plans are for those with non wifi, Viasat 1 modems, they just rolled out a day or two ago. The site I linked will show what's for new customers. If you have an account, then exede.com will show what plans you can change to ONLY.

Hello Shawn, You will need to speak to a Dealer in your area to get Viasat Internet Service. At this time, that is the route you will need to take. If there is more than one Dealer in your area contact all of them. If you are not getting a response from the Dealers, please send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com. Thanks.
