Can I be notified for monthly billing? I have a problem sometimes with remembering the auto pay.

You get an email on the day of the billing notifying you of your bill.

I think that a notification of at least 10 days would be respectful to the commitment being made at both ends. $130.00 / mo is still a issue for ALOT OF US. Plus it would save alot of paying problems that arise.

The dashboard will show you all of your billing history as well if you ever want to review it. We're working on making a better notification

I have to agree with Matthew, I would like a little more than same day notification. Everyone else does it, why can't our internet provider? Also, where does all that data go? We can't even watch movies because it would use all our data to download one.
