I have a network with different IP space on my network and would like to be able to get hosts out to the Internet. I need to add static routes to my Exede hardware to facilitate this. How do I do this?

If you are talking about assigning a static IP address to the Exede modem, you cant on a residential account. Only commercial accounts can have a static IP.

You don't on a residential account. With a business account, you get a PERSISTENT, not totally static IP but, if it's always on, it behaves almost as a static IP.

Yes the address Viasat assigns to the modem is static, but if you're asking re: static addresses for your devices in the 192.168.* range, log into the modem and set it there along with port forwarding if desired.  The address is 192.168.1.1:8080/Router.asp.
