We have been customers for a long time and have had to deal with running out of time, not being able to watch any videos, and trying to run a photography business on limited internet, I was given 5 GB for 6 months, (which was appreciated) but we are still so limited...now we are back down to 10gb...ugh. I was told it is because we live in a rural area that we do not have a Internet provider. Just wish that Wildblue/Exede would offer service that is compatible to the other providers that everyone within three miles can have access to..or at least offer packages that is affordable. On a good note. most of the reps, I have spoken to are very nice and the last time I had a problem one of the forum reps solved the problem quickly.
