So we switched to the Liberty 12 a few months back and it worked great for a few weeks then a storm came through and our service went out which is understandable but it stayed off for 3 months. When we get our priority data back it worked fine but when our Liberty Pass was supposed to kick on it never did. At best our speeds were 400kbps on Liberty Pass way bellow the 1-5mbps they advertised. Then it started working again a few weeks ago I was getting about 1-1.5mbps even during peak hours then another front of heaving rain came in and the service is gone once again. Now my Liberty Pass speeds are 98kbps. It took 20 minutes to load this page. I've called tech support multiply times they give me a free gig to test the tech and it works properly, but when that gig is gone the Liberty Pass just won't work. I just want like 1-1.5mbps during Liberty Pass that's it I don't need the 5 just the minimum.Heck I don't even get my full 12mbps when I have priority data just about 8mbps and that's fine. The reason we switched is because of the 1-5mbps Liberty Pass but we're only getting 10% of the minimum speed and I can't justify paying for speeds that never get any where close to advertised.
