about the bill and charges what I was told the bill would be and what I am being charge! then said if I new all this I would of stay with the company I was with, then the guy say well you are with us for two years your not going any place? I said I didn't sign anything saying I would be here 2 years and by the way you can force me to stay if I'm not happy with my service. REALLY PEOPLE!!!

whats the cancellation fee?? ask for them to send a box and send the stuff back

Cancellation fee is $15.00 per month of the remaining 2 year contract.

As Steve mentioned. It's $15/remaining months on the agreement. Equipment will have to be returned to avoid additional fees as well. While it's ultra rare, you can email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and we can look to make sure we have an agreement on file for you (most likely the case) and if this was mis-sold in any way

ok so when you actually sign up for there services. they tell you that your going to have a 2 year contract with us. then you say yes that is fine with me. (or something like that) then when you ACTUALLY sign the paper work and so on... you are in the 2 year contract once when you sign the papers when they install the services. (but the paper work is signed via electronic if imma not mistake correct me if im wrong)
