Calendars Fail to Sync

Wildblue calendar on MacBook does not share with Samsung phone or Samsung Tablet. Last advice was to download an APP at $12 (on each device!) and it "might" work. Shouldn't Wildblue provide a solution instead of asking its customers to fix something? They are, after all, the ones who quit Google for this crapping email platform...

So a MacBook won't sync with a Samsung?  Did Exede provide any of those devices, or just the Internet they connect to?  I have some cool data products that connect to the Internet but I don't expect Exede to provide troubleshooting or any other performance responsibility for them.

Scott, Exede did not quit Google. Actually, Google terminated its services with ALL ISPs, leaving Exede and the others looking for a suitable replacement service.

didn't know that about google and excede.  either way, a new email platform should sync with other calendars and they should provide it, but like Craig says, they deny responsibility.

It is not a denial of "responsibility" on the part of Exede.  Exede has no responsibility to deny. Their control and thereafter responsibility ends at the Ethernet port of the SurfBeam2 Satellite modem, Internet is delivered.  What you connect to it is entirely up to you.  The capability and configuration of connected devices is the sole responsibly of the owner of such connected devices.

In my situation, Exede is in no way responsible for my Internet remote controlled house lights, my furnace settings, security cameras, or any other device I connect via Internet.  Exede does not sell phones or tablets, they just supply the Internet connection.  Making connected devices work properly is beyond the scope of the Internet Service Provider, Exede.

There may be someone visiting this forum with knowledge of your particular situation that will help if they notice this posted thread.
