Tech did not show at the designated time, spent 3 hours waiting for someone to replace fing modem. No phone call to cnx nothing, internet done for more than a week due to a modem issue. Viasat wont send a guy a new modem without a technician to install it. Technician wont show WTF?
I had to wait 9 days due to the company they contract with in my area disappeared. They had no clue. Finally got someone from another area to come and fix it. To their credit, they did take those 9 days off the bill. This industry is a mess, not just Viasat. I had to trench in my own infrastructure to get real high speed from Mediacom, since I was too far from the road for standard install.
