I currently pay excede internet, directv, and windstream phone service separately.  I would like to see about a bundle for all three and up my internet GB per month.   I can't find anyone to help me. Excede told me to call Directv.  Directv wanted to sell me AT&T phone service which doesn't work where I live.  Can anyone help me please?

Patricia, you are dealing with three independent companies, so it isn't easy to do any bundling for the three services.

How can I get my excede internet and direct TV bundled - which is an option that is offered on the website?   I was thinking the windstream icon was the phone service but it is internet.   I want to bundle internet, tv and phone.  Is this possible for existing customer....or just new customers?

The bundling of Directv and Exede is an option only available through Directv for NEW customers of both TV and internet.

If you already have DTV you can bundle as you add Exede but it doesn't work the other way around.

Thank you for the replies.  I wish bundling was available for existing customers too.  I've paid both bills through auto-pay for years and am looking to up my GB per month on internet and want to keep the cost down.   I guess I'll see what bundling options are available from Gen 4 or Dish since the bundling option will be available to me.

Do think through the "convenience" of bundling.

You may very well a some point find your self in a position of needing support for your internet connection and find yourself in the position of needing to go through a company like Directv or Dish instead of either Exede or Hughes depending on your location.

That scenario may be fine for simple issues but turn into a tech nightmare for something more involved.

Believe me, there is a tremendous difference between DBS TV (Dish or Directv) and two-way satellite internet communication.

You could find yourself in a situation akin to "complaining to your mother-in-law about your wife"

Truly a difficult situation at best. always better face to face.

My advice, stick to your ISP.

Why doesn't Excede recognize my email address? I've tried to use the Forgot Password option and I get a message that they have no record of my email address. Also, I've been trying to have them change the misspelling of my last name to no avail. My last name is Chaloux, not Chalous.
