Okay I have not had exede not even 24 hours and the tech guy that came out was very nice but before he even hooked us up I even asked him how will I know if I am going to like it after I read the fine print. And he tells me that Oklahoma had a 72 hour window and if I didn't like it then I could cancel within that time and I wouldn't have to pay anything. When I called and told them It wasn't working and I wanted to cancel it. They said that they will not let me out of it. I am so tired of being lied to and now I am the one paying for it. I would have never had him install anything if I thought for one minute that what he had told me was in fact not the truth. All I can say is if anyone ask me anything about Exede internet my words that come out of my mouth will be nothing but negative. They should in fact change this because it is not fare paying for something that your not going to be using. They need to give people at least a day or two to make sure it is going to work for the person they are installing it for. Thanks to the tech that installed mine.
