Same problem here, I'm using SlimJet browser..  So it appears royalgames.com is blocking anyone using the ViaSat IP's..you'll need to escalate this problem to probably both ViaSat and to wroyalgames.com.

Recent reports of service disruptions not limited to Viasat and including the error mentioned at:

https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/royalgames.com.html

Some suggesting it's back. Earlier I was getting the Green Screen Monkey - now it's up for me.
