If I could say one good thing about Exede I would. Unfortunately I would tell anyone who has a choice, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. After weeks of multiple requests to fix issues with performance and accessibility, I have given up. In every case, support set a time period when they would call back to correct their lack of service, and in every case they failed to live up to their own deadlines. I cannot express strongly enough the clear lack of professionalism or follow through I have seen from Exede. Two complaint letters, 3 phone calls and hours of support call calls with a support system ill equipped to comply with the simplest of requests. Corporate Customer Service, Level one support , level two support and level three support all failed to follow through with their promises.
