Sorry Brian, we didn't do a Black Friday deal this year beyond our regular promotion for new customers.

Brian, I'll summarize what Alex said. "We don't really care about existing customers, because we already have them locked in to a 2 yr contract and could care less, we love their hard earned money. As for new customers, we have a ton of  promotions for them, to get them lured in to our service for 2 years, then after 6 months, turn them loose to the regular pool of consumers and rinse and repeat in another year."

You better believe I took advantage!  :) As the new age approaches, 25GB plans just aren't cutting it. But will you guys go the extra mile to current customers? ;)

I have read your many issues and complaints with your Exede service. I usually don't post any help for issues that are beyond my realm of knowledge.

But in your case, I think I have an answer. Don't pay your Exede bill. Your pain will be relieved and you can go on to the better internet service for your area.

Kimberly offered you a free Gig cookie, but you want the whole plate.

So, don't pay the bill and your mental bliss and happiness will be automatic.

I've got to say it sounds as if you and others have had poor experiences with Exede. I have had a good experience so I can't back-up or agree with your sentiments. They even gave me extra data when I burned through my allowance earlier then expected a few months back. I was hoping that there might be another acorn in the leaves, but hey, there isn't. It's a free country, nobody is holding a gun to me saying I have to stay with Exede.

All of them, but most of them also offer loyalty services, which ViaSat does not. :) Grown up world will show you that.

I am not able to provide the benefits of individual customer accounts as it is account sensitive material and differs from person-to-person.
