BillPayment Issue

I lost the credit card that is typically billed for payment, and it will be another week before I likely receeve the replacement card and number. To complicate matters my employer hit a glitch with direct deposit of my pay at the end of June and I am awaiting a hard-copy check, therefore all of my payments for various bills are bouncing. How much grace period is there for payment of the bill that will be due in the next 48 hours? Will there be a late fee assessed, given these unforeseen circumstances?

I would advise that you call us at 855-463-9333 and temporarily remove your payment method on file and to give a head's up on the situation.
