billing problem

i have exede on "autopay"--due to the fact that bi was billed incorrectly, i was double billed--my bill is usually $62.89--so that is the amount i had in my bank when you incorrectly billed me--so i had to freeze my bank account in order to stop overdraft fees, etc---customer service rebilled me at $250.80--then said that they made a mistake and missed a decimal point and only gave me a $10 adjustment instead of the $100---so i was again rebilled the incorrect amount of $260.80---i am disabled and inpoverished--i have only the amount usually charged--$62.89----i was told by excede tehcnition that it is exede's job to keep my modem online, and there would be no charge at all to get my modem back online--i am totally frustrated and upset---my bill should be $62.89---i do not have any more than that!---i cannot work, am disabled--i cannot get any more from the government--all i have is the bill of $62.89----the bill i have always paid now for over 5-7 years--you have collected over b$10,000 from me--excede should do what is contracted of them--keep my modem on line--it is not fair to bill me fo the things i have paid for for over 5-7-8 years now--please, please, please, get this straightened out, so i can pay it, ALOHA, HARLOW--
