Billing Problem

why does my account say i owe Current amount due: - $ 399.96 

I have been paying each month so far what the current balance shows,, Why is it so much? I signed up for the Liberty 30 plan 154.99 I have yet to even be billed that amount its always been higher. I don't think i owe that much. please check in on this.. Also the bill does not load view current bill and billing history does not load ever. I have paid as of to date $400.00 for 2 months of service thats including the $99.00 when i called to sign up for service.... I emailed customer service 5 days ago and no reply back and in the email it said 24 hours.

I don’t believe we've received your email, can you please verify that you have sent your email to exedelistens@viasat.com. You should be able to view your billing invoices through your personal portal at https://mysso.exede.net. This will give you a breakdown of your bill including extra charges and taxes. If you haven't already sent an email to exedelistens@viasat.com, do so and include your account and contact information with it. It will go to one of the moderators like Lindsey who can then act on your behalf - the moderators work as social media team that can bridge the gaps between multiple departments whether that be billing, sales, technical support or others when having issues with one or more of those.

It appears that you sent your email to customercare@viasat.com. Unfortunately, that is not our direct email which would explain why we did not receive your letter. I did send a email to  exedelistens@viasat.com you should have it now. Yall should tell them to change the email button's address on the help center section, I bet yall have 100's of emails thats not being answered.. :)
