so what can i do i do not get paid again until the first of the month and i would like to have my internet service

Hello Ladonna,

The first bill usually occurs within a few days of installation. For future bills, if you would like to request your bill be due at a different part of the month you can call us at 855-463-9333 and request your billing date be changed to a more convenient date for you.

I did that. I had mine changed to the 8th of the month. Helped me so much.
