Billing mistake

your billing dept says thy received no payment for may I checked my bank and on may 14 2015 my account was billed for 60.58 also my account was billed for the same amount on july 16 plus 20.00 on the same day I have y bank statement and this is FRAUD you need to fix this or I WILL take mybusniss some where else!!!

I will send a copy of my bank statement as soon as I figure out how it plainly show's the debits to my account that your VERY rude people in the call center said weren't received hope that will resolve this I will be hesitant to use the electronic pay feature in the future. Is there a way I could fax this info to you?

You could just scan it and send it as an email attachment.

Hi Kimball, the fax number that was provided to you is actually the same fax to which I would receive it as well. Please continue to fax and follow process.
