Hello,

I have the lib 12 plan and been paying $69.99 for the plan i noticed last week that you have the same plan for $50.00 but charging me $69.00 I would like the difference back that i have been paying for the past few months .

Also i have the same problem with service being slow . It took me 5 min to get into your dashboard and pay my bill . Have a tech look into this .

You want what?? a refund?  

Do you still pay 45 cents per minute for your cell phone calls?  NO???  Why not??
Because you changed plans.

It's been there all this time, and sometimes a condition or quantity is a bit different making the new plan have a different price.  You have a "3 year price lock guarantee" for the plan you first subscribed to.  You should have been checking plans once in awhile to see if any new plans became available or changes were made to the plan you have that resulted in a lower or higher price.  There is no charge to change plans and it won't renew your contract so it is all on you for being complacent with your service.

Going to send Mark an email??  Good luck with that.  Join the million other people that have his public email address that gets screened by some poor employee that has to read through the junk mail like yours.
