I was out of the country for several months and service was discontinued. Upon returning I was forced to pay almost $700 to get service restored and was told that I had to have a new account and that the $700 would be refunded back to my debit card. The agent that took care of this entered the wrong email address and I never got a bill and service was now suspended. It's been over a month and still no refund which was supposed to take 7-10 days. I am really upset after talking to customer service who now says my refund will be sometime around July 12 even though it was issued on June 16.
