Trouble with online payment

On 3 separate occasions making my online payment for my internet service exede double billed my account putting my balance in the red twice causing me major headaches.

I can see that happening if you made a manual payment close to the due date, then the computer at Viasat took the automatic one too. No need to make a payment manually, just have the funds there and wait for the automatic one to happen.
