Just a suggestion, the bills should be available earlier. It's less that 48 hours before funds will be taken, the bill will be different than previous months yet, I cannot see what the amount will be. If I have to transfer funds to insure there is enough, I would have to do so today as that takes 24 hours to complete buit, since I can't see the bill because it is not available and, CS cannot tell me how much it will be, I have no clue what needs to be in the account.

I won't see it until tomorrow which is too late to transfer funds if I need to and, I am not putting more than need be at risk for online fraud. Every other company has the bill out at least a week before it's due. I think Viasat could manage that as well.

Great suggestion!  I agree.  Our customers need to see what their bill will be a few days in advance before the actual withdrawal.  I will bring this up to our council and see what can be done about it.  Meanwhile, depending what plan change you made, just divide your new plan by the number of days in the month, then times that daily cost by how many days before your next billing cycle.  That will give you an approximate amount to add to your current monthly bill.  If you are that worried about fraud you need to use a real credit card and not a debit card.

That is a great suggestion and I can definitely understand how that would be more convenient for our customers. Since we are a pay in advance service, the bill is only generated on the bill cycle day. The reason we do not generate the bill a week in advance is because of the changes that can be made to your account that may change the amount of your bill. Customers have the option to transition their services up or down during the billing cycle and also have the option to purchase additional data which will change the amount of the next bill. Typically, the bill will remain the same amount as the previous bill if there are no changes made to the account.
