Bill from previous plan is still being deducted from our account as well as the upgraded plan bill.

The old bill came out on the first the upgrade bill is due to come out on the 12thor so, Last month you reimbursed our account for the old bill I assume you will do the same this month. Can you confirm that? Hope next month the billing problem is solved.

I doubt it. Happened to me too. The biggest problem is NOT showing your 'due' bill with changes/credits before it hits your CC. Then tell you we took care of you 'last' billing cycle.
