SINCE THE GOOGL EXEDE BREAKUP I HAVE NOT BIN ABLE TO READ MY EMAIL THAT IS ABOUT AUG 1 TILL NOW BUT I AM STILL CHARGED FOR THIS POOR SERVICE I HAVE CALLED EXEDE 4 OR 4 TIMES A MONTH TO TRY GET MY EMAIL WITHOUT PROBLEMS BUT WITH LITTLE SUCCESS
if you have a @wildblue.net email address you can access it by going to mail.wildblue.net and signing in with the same information you have been using all along. If you are using a mail client you will have to reconfigure it with the new server and port settings found here. Further more if you are still having issues accessing your account (some users had password issues and Exede had to reset it from their side) sense you have had so many issues with phone support you can email the mods here at email@example.com and they will be happy to help you get your email fixed.
Exactly what Knight Rider said: We changed due to a end of an agreement with Google and **ALL** internet providers. I know some mail clients still try to link us automatically to Google so manual advanced settings have to be done. otherwise if you've just been visiting the site, you'll need to change your bookmark to go.wildblue.com
