Unhappy with install

First of all,let me begin by saying I am VERY unhappy with AT&T!! I signed up for them as my internet carrier but they farmed me out to Exede! When the installer came out,he said he had to put my router etc,,,,in my living room! My computer is in an entirely different room....I have paneling in my living room and he proceeded to drill a hole in the wall! It ruined my paneling!!! I also have a big black cord running out of it across the floor with no where to hide it....IT SUCKS!!! Next..I have ended up paying more for the internet service than I was paying to begin with! THAT SUCKS! Now I get an email telling me I am over my data usage,which I didn't even know I had a data usage amt. My internet is very hard to access most of the time and is VERY slow most of the time!!!! I don't know what is up with all this but I don't like it at all! It seems as if I have traded the witch for a devil!?!? WHATS UP?

Jeanne, you must learn to read everything you sign and if you can't comprehend it, find someone who can advise you. Hope you get it worked out.

Jeanne, Did the tech tell you WHY he couldn't put your equipment where you wanted it? Also, please advise what part of the country you live in.
