We suffered a house fire 11/26/2016 and requested our excede/wildblue account <removed> be cancelled. When we opened new account which is now Liberty 10, we received a new account <removed> which was a new cost and payment account. We however have been charged for both accounts. This totals a whopping $121.36 overpaid for #<Removed> that needs to be refunded ASAP (today if at all possible). We are struggling enough as it is due to our circumstances.
