Constantly having random outages of my service in Alaska, even when my weather is good. Knowing the location of the ground terminal would allow me to know if it is truly a weather issue of a "priority" thing.

Thank you.  I am totally amazed at this point because this has been an issue since last October or before.  My several conversations via the phone with ViaSat have been that the ground link was in either Colorado or Arizona.  Which tells me volumns about the customer service knowledge of the knowledge base in the organization.

Interesting that just today, 3/7/19, I was told that the 357 beam gateway for internet is somewhere in Alaska!   This from yet another 'technical service technician' at Viasat.   Grrrr
