BAD SERVICE... SLOW SERVICE

When I signup for services I was told it would faster than my previous provider, which is NOT TRUE.   This service is slow as a snail.

I can not get anything done online, from emails to web browsing etc.   I need to CANCEL asap.

Who was your previous provider? If it was cable or DSL, they why go to satellite? Did you do your homework first so you understood what satellite internet was and what speeds to expect?
