Need help with speed

Why can't I get anyone to help me? I have done this before and I get nothing! My speed is terrible! The service is intermittent! I need a phone for work, and once again this morning my internet just went down and I had no phone! My wife needs internet for work. I am currently waiting for your technical support to pick up the phone. Someone better contact me! I want out of this! I am paying for very very bad service on every level.

Send exedelistens@viasat.coman email with your account number or email/ phone number tied to the account and a way to call you back and let them know whats going on they can run some tests from their end and try to figure out whats going on for you.

Also.... did you get your sergice from a retailer, like a smaller company distributor..... call them...who ever did your install.

I've tried the exedelistens and keep being told my complaint has been closed. Everything I've done has been set up through exede.

David, send a new email to exedelistens@viasat.com, but DO NOT include your complaint number. If that is in the email, an automatic response is sent with that already closed message.

Send them a new email, don't reply back to an old one.  Sometimes their system closes out the ticket even though you haven't heard back from them yet.  Send it with the subject line David White so they can find it and easily match it with your posts from here.
