Why can't I get anyone to help me? I have done this before and I get nothing! My speed is terrible! The service is intermittent! I need a phone for work, and once again this morning my internet just went down and I had no phone! My wife needs internet for work. I am currently waiting for your technical support to pick up the phone. Someone better contact me! I want out of this! I am paying for very very bad service on every level.
