Awful company, thank goodness we got out!

We had exede for just about 6 months when the house we were renting sold, forcing us to move.  Called Exede to ask that we wouldn't be charged the early termination fee due to us moving, which was not our choice.  I was told we would be charged the early termination fee regardless, but could move service. Every month with minimal, and I mean minimal data usage we reached our limit and would either have super slow internet or need to buy more.  They didn't tell us about this data usage program they used, just signed us up.  After we cancelled service, we sent back the equipment as instructed.  A month later (yesterday) I received a call from a post office from our old town saying they have a return box to deliver and if they need to send it over again.  Confused, I called Exede and asked if they had received the returned equipment.  They stated that had not received it yet, but not to worry I still had more time to send in the equipment.  I told them I didn't have it because it was already sent in and asked if they could email/call me when they receive the package.  They stated that since I had cancelled service all of my information had been deleted, so it would be better if I called back in a few days (to play the game again).  Please don't sign up with this company.  Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered...ever.  So glad we are out.

Although you may have cancelled your service, you will still have a disconnected account that can be accessed with the correct information.
