Aweful service!

We've had excede for awhile now, but this past month we have had a very hard time getting decent service. I try to click on a story on my iPad and it just spins and spins. Also we keep getting a pop up saying we have no internet. This can happen as many as a dozen times a day. Really unhappy with this service. Not sure if something should be checked out with our set up here or what?
