Available plans not showing up

For the past 2 months or so I have not been able to look up my available plans/upgrades when I log in to my account. It just shows a phone number to call in order to speak to an agent. When is this going to be fixed?

Same here. But I know whatever there is or would be available to me wouldn't be as good as my Freedom plan anyway so...

I figure there will be probably not be anything better than my Freedom plan. But still, I like to periodically check to see if by some miracle something more enticing is offered to me.

Hi fmj77,  The area you are in is probably close to more that one so we need more detailed information to determine if it is available to you.

Hey Diana. There are other plans available to me but they don't show up when I log in to my account. A lady I spoke to on the phone said it is a known issue they are working on. Still, it shouldn't take over 2 months to fix the problem.

What I do is go on my smartphone not connected to the Viasat network and look. Now granted, that would be for new customers. But you could always cancel your current account and become a new customer. A new Viasat-2 account is going to require a 2 year commitment regardless, and you still have to return the old modem regardless too (at least this week).

I've tried checking it from another network on my phone and when I click on "see more plans" it just shows a number to call.

Try www.viasat.com.

And like Diana said, you might have to enter full street address.

Thanks. Available plans show up with just my zip code, but unfortunately they are the "unlimited" Bronze 12, Silver 25 and Gold 30.

There are a lot of issues right now with areas where plans and beams meet. I know dealers who are about to pull their hair out...website shows one thing....customer calls "I want what the website said I could get"....dealer has to explain that the website is incorrect. NOTHING starts a relationship with a potential customer BETTER than chaos.
I better hold my tongue....I feel a rant coming on. Spoke to two reps today...everybody is saying thing that contradict.
