Auto pay not working

My Name is Alan Jackson and there is an issue with my auto bill pay. This is the third month that you failed to withdraw my payment. each time I have contacted exede and talked to a representative and each time I was assured that the problem was solved. The rep told me they made notations on my account and all would be good. It is not working and I receive notices from exede that my payment is late, cannot be late if your system was working correctly. I have entered my info online 3 times and rep double checked and said it was working. What does it take to resolve this problem? I am becoming very frustrated with exede and the customer service.
