I did surely use my limit...this month I received no notice that I've reached 70% so I could conserve usage. Please make SURE I'm always notified...as I am each month....now I'm going to have problems with my work. It's not right that I get slowed down without notice.

Hi Mike,  Please send your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com. If you need additional data, it can be purchased through the customer portal, MyAccount by going to www.exede.net. You can also view your data, at any time, during the month.

Yes, I know I used my data, and have no problem with being slowed down. I don't know how to find my contract and account info, or, how to send it anywhere. I didn't get the customary email warning me at 70% used as a reminder to conserve. I've always received this notification, and I expect that as a service from you.  Yes, you certainly are right concerning your rules, would be nice if I had some rules too.
