I am very pleased with Exede. I just wish there was a less expensive plan as I am retired and have little income. It is a struggle to pay the bills and Exede has helped as much as they can. I may have to cancel my service in the near future and go to the horrid dial up again. Thank you so much for all the help you have given me in the past.

I know your pain. I repeatedly heard about a "New Bird" coming online. The exede rep. even mentioned it when I signed up and hinted at unlimited if not increased data. I chalked it up as part of the sales pitch. I miss my old provider who was squeezed out of the market place by Verizon, mobile broadband 20 gig $59/mo (no contract). They raised it to $89 then handed it over to Verizon who cut data to 10 gig. So here I am at Exede, mildly satisfied after cutting my usage by 90%. You are not alone in the boat, I expect to join you after my contract expires
