We are military stationed in Bahrain and have nothing but problems with your internet service GoWifi. Your internet only works about half the time and we constantly have to put in work orders. Just as April 1st billing cleared around the 2nd, all military members noticed there was a proxy added that blocks all Netflix streaming. All military service members have cell phones so we do not need to pay for expensive premium internet packages to check emails and browse on facebook, we pay to watch movies at the end of our 12 hour work shift. You refuse to refund our money after canceling your service because you claim "there was data used", likely just on the 1st while you were securing our monthly payments in advance. You ignore that our internet didnt work at all the last week of March as well as the 1st week of March, so we were out half the month of service already. I spoke with many others who said the exact same thing, there was a proxy added to block streaming. The customer service agent even admitted he has had tons of calls making the same claim. Why are you taking advantage of customers and military members and adding proxys that block the only thing we use the internet for, and pay a premium for?? This is bad business. I already canceled both your service and my Netflix service and have proof, but after paying monthly for both premium accounts I CANT EVEN USE!!! To us, this is theft!!!
