Is anyone with the new unlimited plans using a VPN with Exede ?
I use express vpn software flashed into my Linksys router and it works ok max speed (and rarely acjeved) about 22Mbit. I'd say 16 to 18 Mbit is normal for me. Just remember your'e speed depends on bandwidth. I'm on a lightly Loaded Beam and there are days I can get close to 40Mbit without the VPN. Also, for me, privacy is primary concern and it seems to fulfill my expectations.
I tried PureVPN and it has been almost a month. Haven't tried on Viasat. So I start reading different PureVPN reviews. But the issue is that you can't trust these reviews based websites. So, in that case what you have to do is to contact the customer support directly. So, As per customer support, it works on it.
All of these VPN's obviously work fine with Viasat. The customer agreement does state that some VPN's are slow or do not work at all. If you have to use a specific one for work, check with you IT department before switching to Viasat. If a VPN requires a persistent IP address, Viasat residential plans will be tricky. Also some VPN's time out with the ~650 ping you'll experience. These drawbacks of satellite internet impact very few people when it comes to VPN's.
well, but its a long debate there are some bugs in some VPN's and there are very few which works great and I also search a lot and after reading FastestVPN reviews on many platforms then I move into this. I also recommend my colleagues and friend to use this VPN for work or watching sports channels.
