Anyone with the 25GB plan frequently watch streaming content?

I'm thinking about dropping my satellite TV service because the majority of shows that we watch are on the over-the-air channels, however we do watch a handful of shows that are only available through satellite. Just trying to figure out how much streaming content we would be able to watch (and still use the internet daily for browsing websites, email, etc) if I chose to upgrade to this plan. A few hours per week? More or less? Any information would be helpful! Thanks!

Hello Kimberly, you have to be cautious whenever streaming content of any kind. Streaming and downloading video consumes more data than almost any other online activity. It really depends on how much streaming you’re doing and quality as well. Please feel free to follow the link which provides more info concerning Exede’s data allowance and also tips on how to maximize your data.

Thank you.

Thanks. Actually I have no problem with Exede, especially after having Hughesnet for several years. I have a problem with Comcast offering their service just down the hill from where I live , and DirecTV charging a ridiculous amount for their basic channels. Was just looking for a better option. I'd be more than happy to upgrade with Excede if I knew it would be worth it.
