I am physically disable from my service in the military. I can not physcially climb a ladder to reach my roof. Its horrible that the services make you climb on your roof or charge you 95$ if you cant thats just ludacris.

Nor should you. You can alternately pay a service call to have it taken down or hire a local handyman to retrieve it. Did you order service through a dealer? They may send someone to retrieve it.

Probably most people are not able to get on their roofs. That is a pretty common issue. We all are expected to do the same - service call. It was when I was with Hughesnet in 2001 and no different when I signed up with Viasat in '12. Not sure what I would do with it if I could reach it on a pole in my yard. Probably would still need a service call.

I have never had sat. services so this is all new to me. But just the whole ordeal with this company has been rough. My mobile hotspot has carried me through. The video streams have been buffering, I cant game even with the silver package at 150$ a month and their best recommendation was to order even higher services. No thanks paying the disconnect and will just get a higher package on my phone until I can find a better option.

Unfortunately, the Silver unlimited plan's streaming is limited to no higher than 480p, so anything higher than that will cause buffering.  You may be able to get around that limitation by using a VPN, but if your overall speed is low it may not make a difference.  If your overall speed is high enough, however, a VPN may help.

The problem with online gaming is the latency.  Even if you had great speeds, gaming still would't work very well, if at all.  Turn based games work, but any games that require quick movements suffer badly because of that high latency, and nothing can be done to alleviate the problem.
