Another case of congested satellite

I am another one of those customers on the West coast (beam 367)  who is now dealing with pretty much non usable download speeds in the afternoon and evenings, exactly when I need to use the internet.   I am on  Freedom 150 priority plan and what you would call a legacy customer.  I have been a customer from back in the wildblue days.  About the turn of the year the service simply dropped off.

After reading the many posts and contacting customer service they pretty much indicated that their service is unusable from half of the hours of the day. I understand the technical issues here, but this is clearly a case of overselling the service while very being very aware that they can no delivery the product.

This is unfortunate because for many real customers there is not alternative.  

Expressing my severe  discontent with how this is being handled ..

I'm wondering if that is just their go to answer... I was so glad to get the freedom plan not only is it cheaper but I get a lot more data .. that I can't seem to use half the time.. I wished they would get their act together..

Its not only the West coast Vinnnie, same problem up here in Northern Michigan. This is also our only alternative. I think we should all get together country wide and do something

I'm a Michigan person also . Was good for quite a while and about last month has got so congested sometimes can't use the internet. I have Liberty plan and have had it around 4 years. Also so far haven't ran out of data ever!!

Michigan here also.  And very frustrated.  You know I don't think it's any of Exede's business what I do when on my internet as I'm paying the bill.  And the point is that many of us paid for the highest priced plan in order to get better service.  They over sold an already over-priced service.  They know it, and they don't care.   I've never run out of data either,  but what does it matter if you can't use it?   If they want to provide old 54 baud rates than they should charge accordingly.   Rofl   I surely wouldn't have bought a plan I could only use in early morning hours.  Any attorneys in forum?

Am sure this will be deleted however contact consumers protection and fraud dept, this is a breech of contract in no uncertain terms!! I am!!
