SB2 modem does not list IP address...if you had a router, it could be found there...or maybe via your OS's networking config stuff

CO's response may be valid.

If trying to take a paid survey or one that gives points, probably an incorrect message that's generated because they cannot accurately determine your location based solely on your IP address when you're using Viasat.

See if your IP address wound up on a blacklist, that's sometimes the cause. Otherwise you may need to contact the survey sponsor or survey host.

I should have copyrighted that which modem do you use image and charged royalties.

Try a VPN but that would probably yield the same.

In "WWW Land," many sites want to finger who you are, or where you live.  Viasat has enough IP addresses for all users, so there is no anonymous proxy involved, like I think Hughes users have.

It might be an incorrect message, as CO stated.  Without knowing what this site shows as an IP address, I can't say if your computer has been hijacked in someway, where it uses a proxy for accessing specific sites. There are sites that show what IP is being used.  If you use Gmail, scroll down the page, and click on details
