Annoyed but not surprised

We returned our equipment and I have tracking proof that it was delivered on June 22.  Yesterday the UPS truck showed up saying he was supposed to pick up a package for Wild Blue.  We knew things were going too smoothly for dealing with this company to be true.  So now I suppose we will have to dispute charges and such on our credit card.  I also took a picture of the box before sealing it showing the contents in the box.  So yes I'm really annoyed and really glad we no longer have service with Exede.

Hi Jacqueline, We are saddened to hear that you  disconnected your service.  Did you keep the tracking number for the equipment you returned? If you have the UPS tracking number, please email it to exedelistens@viasat.com  and we will track it down.
