Am I getting the right speed?

For the longest time we have been getting slow speeds... When I say slow. I mean slow. I do ping tests even when our high speed data is in play and the results are a ping of 500+. 
This picture is of our non high speed internet. I believe we have the classic plan. Oh and rn its 1 AM still no change

Sebastin, if these are the speeds you are getting at all hours of the day, especially in the mornings or early afternoon, then you might need the Exede folks to take a look at your modem and see if you need a service call.

Send them an email at exedelistens@viasat.com. Include your account number and a phone number, along with your description of your slow speed problem.

By the way, the ping of 600 to 800 ms are normal with satellite internet. The satellite is 22,500 miles above the equator.

Security scans, regularly. Clear your browser history, and test other devices to make sure it's not device related. Also, maybe kill background apps and start up apps, and make sure you're not overworking your CPU. What is the strength of the modem with the ethernet cord and see if that helps.
