According to our usage we are over half way. The problem is we have been out of town for several days, the internet hasn't been working, and it's not being stolen as our closest living neighbor is a half mile away. The internet is constantly going out. Sometimes multiple times in a day. The modem isn't even 6 months old and isn't working correctly. I assume Excede isn't trying to cheat us out of internet or overcharge us but we have had this issue in the past months also. Is it possible the modem is reporting incorrectly? Also as the modem is defective and we are consonantly out of internet is it possible to have it replaced? It is very frustrating especially when it is necessary for work.
